I honest-to-god never thought I had it in me to do this. 20 weeks ago I had a #goal… A selfish goal to do something I never thought I could do, just to do it.     I’ll say something like “My diet includes a lot of protein and fats” but all they’ll hear is “blah DIET blah blah blah” and the next thing I know, I’m getting an earful about how I shouldn’t be on a diet, or how diets aren’t healthy. 

    Everyone has a diet. That doesn’t mean that everyone is on a diet. Gah.
